Supervisory board advisory
We advise supervisory and advisory boards on technology and IT risks, with a focus on banks and insurers. The board gets an independent expert view, without drkv becoming a member.
Why boards need advice
Technology and cyber risks are topics a board has to assess without running them day to day. Management reports on IT, projects and suppliers can only be put in context with specialist knowledge.
For financial entities, Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA), Art. 5, makes the management body responsible for ICT risk management and requires it to keep its knowledge up to date.
